Science Experiment Hypothesis

Question: Science Experiment?
I need to find a website with science ideas that can have a hypothesis and a conclusion fast! Im in seventh grade so it needs to be that level!
Answer: Have you tried doing a search here on Yahoo Answers for “science fair project”? Your question has been asked quite a few times lately and I think you may find lots of help.
Often a good experiment is one where you test something, such as which brand of battery lasts longer, which brand of paper towel is more absorbent, etc.

Science Experiments With Water Bottles

Question: science project help! ideas for wat to use for water pollution, and air pollution.?
i know i’ve already asked this question, but im doing it again for more answers.
ok so this is what i’ve got:
question: what effects clouds more, air pollution, or water pollution?
hypothesis: if i make two clouds , one with polluted water, and one with polluted air, the one with polluted air will be more dense/effected.
my experiment will be making two clouds in a bottle,
one with polluted air, and one with polluted water.
then ill put a grid of 100 or 50 squares behind it, to get a percentage
of which one is more dense.
ill probably do this several times to get more accurate results.
but wat i really need, and ideas wat to use for water pollution, and air pollution.
Answer: For water pollution, I’d dump in a mixture of chemicals, like iodine, food coloring, and maybe some shaving cream or oil… these things shouldn’t react with one another and should definitely make the water undrinkable and thus “polluted”
For the air polution, I’d probably use cigarette smoke, since you can easily light a cigarette in an enclosed space and keep burning it… if not, burn some rubber shavings or eraser heads, or maybe just use hairspray in large volumes…
These are off the top of my head, google science projects related to air and pollution and see what other people have done.

Science Experiment Volcano

Question: Simple but cool science experiment?
So I’m getting a 92% in science, 1 point from an A which I want. He said for extra credit we can do a project. So what is something I can do? I have to have a paper (handout) to hand out to every one so I don’t want it to be boring. Also, it can’t be a volcano. It has to hand information, which I will look up. It has to have something to do with everyday life. I was doing to do electrolysis but that doesn’t relate to every day life. Thanks! I will do all searching so just give me ideas!
Answer: There is a simple experiment, where you electroplate a penny. You zinc plate a penny in this experiment. You can look it up on net. Its simple and cool, atleast I thought it was…. maybe its not everyday life ..? You can also put it in an oven and turn it to brass, since zinc and copper make brass.
Of course newer pennies already are zinc and copper, so you can just throw em in the oven, no need to electroplate them.
