Science Experiments

Question: What would be a good science/health experiment, involving smell or the nose?

There is a big Science/Health fair project coming up. My topic is the nose. We are given a tri-fold, and we write a poem about our topic, 3 paragraphs,and we need a short 1 minute demonstration or experiment to show our audience about our topic. Classes (K-5) will come in our classroom and watch. I would like a pretty interactive demonstration/experiment. Any Ideas?
